So glad I came across Niko's business on social media. I never knew this sort of grout cleaning, refilling, and overall renovation of the floor existed. Sir Grout is a great company that allowed me to basically enjoy a brand-new floor. I regret living with it and the dark, impossible to clean grout for so long.

They deeply steamed, moved the fridge and covered all the tiles. They refilled the whole floor with a perfect soft gray to complement the tiles and then sealed it. It was a total facelift. No need to get a new floor and suffer all the disturbance, dust and cost. Not to mention waste. If your tiles are in good shape, don't add them to the landfill; get an upgrade with Sir Grout. You will be amazed by the results!

Nikko and Anthony did a fantastic job! They changed the shabby grey color of the kitchen backsplash to white, and as a result the kitchen looks so clean and bright! I also appreciated the fact that they took on a relatively small job, and they did it with great care. I most strongly recommend Sir Grout, and a big shout out to Nikko and Anthony!

Niko came and re-beautified our marble bathroom from polishing, regrouting, steaming the marble and putting silicone around all of the edges to bring it back to its original beauty! He also redid our marble sink top and got rid of all of the sore eye stains and discolored areas. And to top it off he repainted the gold colored shower fixtures and soap basket inside the shower which was not part of his estimate which he did for FREE to put the finishing touches on and give us a brand new bathroom and shower! I had an unfortunate experience with a previous grout job which left the tiles completely yellow. I hired someone else to try and bring the tiles back, to white but, again, with no success. I found Sir Grout on the internet and called for an estimate. Nikko called to set a date; when he arrived, I explained the situation to him; but the yellow tiles spoke for themselves. He was as attentive to my concerns and explained in detail what the job would entail. He assured me the tiles would be restored to the bright white they were intended to be.

Before starting the job Nikko, and Anthony protected the shower door and vanity. They were neat and cleaned up when the job was finished; and the tiles, as promised by Nikko were restored to the bright white they were intended to be. I had some questions the next day; Nikko responded and took care of it quickly. I feel safe knowing that Nikko will take care of any future questions or issues I may have. Nikko also assured me of a year's guarantee on the job which offers me further peace of mind. I highly recommend Nikko.
